• Customers must have a registered mobile number ID to request any return or replacement.
• If any medicine is sold above the printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP), customers should inform the authority immediately.
• Medicines are eligible for return or replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to verification.
• The expiry date section on the medicine strip or package must remain intact at the time of return.
• The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
  • Insulin
  • Vaccines
  • Refrigerated items
  • Cut or opened medicines
• The original cash memo is mandatory. Returns or refunds without a valid cash memo will not be accepted.
